Stud Bolt KitsPetrochemical Grade
Pre-kitted, fully traceable stud + nut + washer assemblies for flanged connections.
Build your kit
Engineered stud bolt kits supplied to ASTM A193 / A194 with full EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 mill certification. Configure diameter, length, grade and coating — every kit ships with matching heavy-hex nuts and (optional) F436 washers, fully traceable from heat to delivery.
Select imperial nominal. Metric equivalent shown.
Range 1.5″–36″ in 0.25″ steps. Custom lengths on request.
Quenched & tempered chromium-moly alloy. The petrochemical workhorse. — Service: −48 °C to +400 °C.
Fluoropolymer. Excellent CoF for accurate bolt tensioning. Industry standard for offshore.
Heavy hex, quenched & tempered. Pairs with B7.
