One supplier for bolting + machined parts
Fewer purchase orders and one point of accountability for the joint — the studs, nuts and the machined parts around them.

From one-off breakdown replacements to production runs – machined to your drawing, sample or 3D model, with full material traceability.
EMG supplies critical bolting to the LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, power and heavy-industry sectors. We now also supply precision machined components through our qualified machining partner network.
That means you get the bolting and the machined parts around the joint from one supplier — with the same documentation and traceability you already get from us.

Fewer purchase orders and one point of accountability for the joint — the studs, nuts and the machined parts around them.
Breakdowns, shutdowns and obsolete parts, quoted and expedited for fast turnaround.
We source the material, including exotic and corrosion-resistant grades, and manage the certification.
MTCs, certificates of conformance and dimensional inspection reports. Third-party inspection on request. Bureau Veritas ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Supplied through our machining partners, with the route selected to suit the part, material and inspection requirements.
Small to large-diameter components, long shafts and heavy parts.
3-axis, 4-axis and multi-axis machining of plates, blocks, housings and fabrications.
Complex parts completed in fewer setups for accuracy between features.
Heavy parts requiring turning, boring, milling and drilling.
Housings, bearing bores, gearbox components and frames.
Large rings, flanges, pulleys, wheels and housings.
Precision hole patterns, large threads, keyways, splines and slots.
Re-machining, boring, facing, sleeving and modification of existing parts.
Dimensional and CMM inspection where required.
EMG manages component supply through qualified machining partners. The machine classes below describe potential manufacturing and inspection routes — they are partner equipment, not EMG-owned machinery.
These ranges summarise a supplied third-party capability statement for initial RFQ discussion. They do not establish availability within EMG’s partner network. Axis maxima may come from different machines and cannot be combined into one working envelope. Machine travel is not finished-part size, turning diameter, load capacity or a tolerance guarantee.
Valve stems, valve trim, complex bodies and components with turned and milled features.
X: 400–1,525 mm · Y: 230–1,060 mm · Z: 695–1,585 mm
Published axis travels across reference machines; Y axis where specified.
Manifold blocks, plates, bearing housings and finish-machined fabrications.
X: 1,000–2,500 mm · Y: 670–1,650 mm · Z: 625–1,200 mm
Published axis travels across selected reference machines.
Pump shafts, sleeves, bushes and long cylindrical components.
X: 550–1,000 mm · Z: 1,105–4,000 mm
Published X/Z values; not verified turning diameters or finished shaft lengths.
Large rings, flanges and housings requiring turning and facing.
X: 1,900 mm · Z: 900 mm
Single reference machine's published X/Z values; not a guaranteed part envelope.
Dimensional verification of components against the agreed drawing and inspection plan.
Measuring stroke: 1,400 × 2,250 × 1,000 mm
Reference measuring stroke; access, probing and fixtures reduce the usable envelope.
For each RFQ, EMG confirms the selected partner, machine route, usable component envelope, material suitability, workholding, weight, access, tolerances, inspection scope and lead time before quotation. Nickel alloys such as Inconel 625 and 718 require material-specific tooling and process review; size alone does not establish machinability or turnaround.
Collars, sleeves, spacer rings and equipment components supplied to your controlled drawing through qualified machining partners. For mining maintenance and shutdown work, EMG confirms the usable diameter, bore, length, weight, material, workholding and inspection scope before committing to a price or delivery date.
Large-diameter collars, shaft sleeves, bushes, spacer rings and bearing housings. Supply the OD, ID, length, fits, split features, finish and any heat-treatment requirements.
Pump shafts, shaft sleeves, wear rings and drawing-defined housings for slurry, dewatering and process equipment. Include concentricity, runout, seal interfaces and wear or corrosion conditions.
Valve stems, trim, seats and manifold blocks to approved drawings. Identify pressure-boundary requirements, sealing faces, material specification and required inspection or witness points.
Enquiries welcome from Mackay, Moranbah and the Bowen Basin, Mount Isa, the Pilbara and Goldfields, Hunter Valley and mining operations throughout South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. Delivery route and timing are confirmed per order; these are service areas, not local EMG workshops. Replacement parts require your engineering approval — an equipment reference alone does not establish OEM equivalence.
We source and certify the material for your component, from everyday carbon steels to exotic and corrosion-resistant grades.
