Nickel aluminium bronze
C63000
Wrought copper-aluminium-nickel alloy considered for marine hardware, loaded bushes and wear parts.
Specify wrought product form and condition. Do not substitute a cast bronze designation.

Drawing-led enquiries for bronze fasteners, bushes, sleeves and wear components — with the alloy, product form and inspection scope defined before supply.

Copper alloys are not one interchangeable material. Nickel aluminium bronze, silicon bronze and phosphor bronze have different compositions, strengths and wear characteristics. Selecting a family name alone is not enough for a critical purchase order.
EMG reviews bronze fastener and machined-component requirements through qualified supply partners. Send the UNS designation, drawing revision, quantity and operating environment so the proposed material route can be checked against your specification.

C63000
Wrought copper-aluminium-nickel alloy considered for marine hardware, loaded bushes and wear parts.
Specify wrought product form and condition. Do not substitute a cast bronze designation.
C65500
Wrought high-silicon bronze considered for corrosion-resistant hardware and selected fasteners.
Confirm required strength, thread form and compatibility with the mating assembly.
C51000
Copper-tin-phosphorus alloy considered for bearing, spring and electrical-contact applications.
Temper, product form and bearing design govern suitability; it is not a universal replacement for C63000.
Reference designations are not stock, certified equivalence or guaranteed service suitability. Final product requirements govern every quotation.

Specified corrosion-resistant hardware, bushes and sleeves for marine equipment, subject to design approval.

Drawing-based bearing bushes, wear rings and sleeves with fits, surface finish and lubrication requirements defined.

Replacement wear components and specialised hardware where the OEM specifies a copper alloy.
A cast valve-body alloy and a wrought shaft or bolt alloy can have different designations and properties. State the exact product specification, not simply ‘bronze’.
Consider galvanic compatibility, seawater exposure, lubrication, shaft finish and contact pressure when selecting bushes or sleeves.
Copper-alloy selection does not make a component automatically non-sparking, non-magnetic or approved for a hazardous area. Those requirements need separate verification.
For Copper & Bronze Alloys fasteners or machined components, send your drawing, quantity, material condition and required delivery date. EMG confirms sourcing, partner capacity, inspection records and lead time against your RFQ.
