Malaysia's energy industry spans both sides of the South China Sea. The Kerteh and Gebeng petrochemical corridors on the east coast of the peninsula, the Pengerang refining and petrochemical integrated development in Johor, Bintulu's LNG complex in Sarawak and the Labuan offshore support base each draw on the same critical bolting supply chain.
Offshore duty in Malaysian waters brings sour service, high chloride and elevated temperature together. We supply ASTM A193 B7, B7M, B16 and B8M, duplex and super duplex, and Inconel 718/725 or Hastelloy where NACE MR0175 sour service applies — matched with ASME B16.20 gaskets so the joint is quoted and shipped as a complete set rather than assembled from three suppliers.
Documentation carries weight here. Material test certificates, heat-number records, PMI and hardness results and third-party inspection reports are compiled into a single pack and transmitted ahead of dispatch to keep customs clearance and QA review off the critical path.
Sour service and chloride together are unforgiving. Malaysian scopes get bolting specified to NACE and the process conditions, not to the nearest catalogue item.

Shipments consolidate in Brisbane and move to Port Klang, Kuantan, Bintulu or Pasir Gudang by sea, or by air freight into Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu for urgent scopes. Deliveries can be routed to your nominated forwarder, supply base or directly to site.

Do you export fasteners to Malaysia?
Yes. We supply certified stud bolts, nuts, gaskets and special fasteners into Malaysian refining, petrochemical, LNG and offshore projects, with delivery to Port Klang, Kuantan, Pasir Gudang, Bintulu or Labuan, or direct to a nominated supply base or site.
Can you supply bolting for sour service to NACE MR0175?
Yes. Where H2S is present we supply bolting selected and certified for sour service in accordance with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, including controlled-hardness alloy steel, duplex and nickel alloy grades, with hardness and PMI results included in the documentation pack.
Which incoterms do you quote for Malaysian shipments?
We quote CIF, CFR, FOB, DAP or EXW to suit your procurement terms. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, HS codes and material test certificates are issued with each consignment to support customs clearance.
