Exported to North Sea
Bolting engineered for North Sea conditions.
North Sea operators run some of the most demanding bolted joints in the world: cold, chloride-heavy seawater, sour production, subsea equipment and decommissioning work, all under strict documentation requirements from UK and Norwegian operators.
We supply super duplex UNS S32760 and S32750, Inconel 625 and 718, 6Mo and A320 L7 / L43 low-temperature bolting alongside A193 B7 / B7M and A194 2H / 2HM. Where NORSOK M-650 qualified manufacturers are specified, this is stated and confirmed at quotation.
Every order carries EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certification with heat-number traceability, and can be kitted per joint list for platform shutdowns, subsea campaigns and fabrication yards.
North Sea bolting is judged on its paperwork as much as its metallurgy. Certification, traceability and grade are confirmed before anything ships.

Yes. Energy Materials Group supplies certified stud bolts, nuts, washers and special fasteners to UK and Norwegian North Sea operators, contractors and fabrication yards, quoted to your nominated Incoterm.
Can you supply NORSOK M-650 bolting?
Where NORSOK M-650 qualified manufacturers are specified, we source through that route and state it on the quotation. Qualification status is confirmed per order, not assumed.
Which grades are common for North Sea service?
Super duplex UNS S32760 and S32750, Inconel 625 and 718, 6Mo and A320 L7 low-temperature bolting are common, alongside A193 B7 / B7M with A194 2H / 2HM nuts. Grade selection follows your engineering specification.
How are UK and Norway import duties handled?
Every quotation states HS code and country of origin so your broker can confirm treatment. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility, and this is not customs advice.
