Certified Stud Bolts & Exotic Alloy Fasteners Supplied to US Energy Projects
ASTM A193 B7, A320 L7, B16, A453 660, duplex, super duplex and nickel alloy bolting in 1/4″ to 6″ ASME inch sizes (and M5 to M150 metric), with EN 10204 3.1 MTRs and full heat-number traceability.
Houston · Baytown · Beaumont · Corpus Christi · Lake Charles · Gulf of Mexico · Permian
Exported to the USA
Specialty grades, documented before they ship.
Commodity B7 is easy to find in the United States. Inconel 718 studs in 8UN, super duplex heavy hex nuts with full PMI, or A320 L7 with Charpy results at the project design temperature are not — and those are the joints where a late or undocumented delivery stops a turnaround.
We supply the specialty end of the bolting schedule to US refineries, LNG terminals, offshore operators, EPCs and OEMs: grade-matched studs and nuts, coatings with controlled friction data, and certification packs compiled before dispatch so QA review runs in parallel with freight.
Engineered supply, not off-the-shelf. Every quotation states grade, mill source, country of origin, HS code, certification level and lead time.

Questions US buyers ask
Do you supply stud bolts and special fasteners to the USA?
Yes. Energy Materials Group supplies certified stud bolts, heavy hex bolts and nuts, washers, gaskets and special fasteners to US refining, petrochemical, LNG, offshore, power generation and mining projects. Shipments are quoted DAP, CIF, CFR, FOB or EXW to your nominated consignee or customs broker.
Do you supply imperial (inch) sizes to ASME standards?
Yes. Imperial sizes from 1/4" to 6" diameter in UNC, UNF and 8UN threads to ASME B1.1, with stud lengths to ASME B16.5 / B16.47 flange classes and heavy hex dimensions to ASME B18.2.1 / B18.2.2. Metric sizes from M5 to M150 are also available. Final size, grade and quantity are confirmed per RFQ.
Which grades do US projects most often request?
ASTM A193 B7 and B7M with A194 2H / 2HM nuts, A320 L7 for low-temperature service, A193 B16 and A453 660 for high temperature, duplex and super duplex for offshore and produced water, and Inconel 625 / 718, Monel and Hastelloy C-276 for corrosive and high-temperature duty.
What certification ships with US orders?
EN 10204 3.1 material test reports as standard, or 3.2 with third-party witness, under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system with heat-number traceability. PMI, hardness, Charpy impact and dimensional reports are supplied where the specification calls for them.
How do US import duties apply?
Duty and tariff treatment, including Section 232 steel and steel-derivative measures, is determined by US Customs and Border Protection on HS classification, material content and origin. We state HS code and country of origin on every quotation so your broker can confirm treatment before you order. Import duties are the buyer's responsibility, and this is not customs or legal advice.
