    WHY ID IS DIFFERENT

    Bolting engineered for Indonesia conditions.

Indonesia's energy and resources footprint is spread across thousands of kilometres of archipelago. LNG liquefaction in East Kalimantan and eastern Indonesia, refinery upgrades at Balikpapan and Cilacap, the Cilegon petrochemical corridor, Batam fabrication yards and large-scale nickel and copper processing all consume critical bolting in volume.

Long logistics chains change the risk profile. A wrong grade or a missing certificate does not cost a day here — it costs a shipping cycle. We quote against the joint list, verify grade selection against the actual service conditions, and ship complete: stud bolts, nuts, washers and gaskets kitted and tagged so nothing is discovered missing after the material has crossed the water.

Grades supplied include ASTM A193 B7, B7M, B16 and B8M, A320 L7 for cryogenic LNG service, duplex and super duplex for seawater and produced water, and nickel alloys for high-temperature and sour duty. Certification to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 with heat-number traceability is standard on every line.

In an archipelago, a missing certificate costs a shipping cycle. Indonesian scopes ship complete, kitted and documented the first time.

    Where we deliver in Indonesia

Project consignments consolidate in Brisbane and ship to Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Perak, Balikpapan, Batam or Makassar on regular sailings, with air freight into Jakarta or Balikpapan for urgent requirements. ID FAQ

    Questions Indonesia buyers ask.

Do you supply fasteners to Indonesian projects?

Yes. We supply certified stud bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets and machined special fasteners into Indonesian LNG, refining, petrochemical, mining and power projects, shipping to Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Perak, Balikpapan, Batam or Makassar, or to your nominated forwarder.

Can you supply cryogenic bolting for LNG service?

Yes. ASTM A320 Grade L7 and L7M bolting with matching A194 Grade 4 or 7 nuts is supplied for low temperature and cryogenic LNG duty, with impact test results included in the certification pack where the specification requires them.

How do you handle long lead times and shipping cycles?

Orders are kitted and checked against the joint list before dispatch so a shipment is complete on arrival, and project quantities can be released on a staged schedule tied to your construction or shutdown programme. Air freight is available where a shipping cycle cannot be absorbed.

    Working on a Indonesia project?

Send drawings, a joint list or a bill of materials — we'll return a technical quote with delivered lead times and your nominated incoterms.
