A note on using these tools

Every figure here is a reference estimate to support specification, take-off and material selection. Bolt-up on site is governed by the joint's own procedure, which accounts for gasket seating stress, flange condition, tightening sequence, tool accuracy, the actual coating friction data and any hot re-torque requirement. Where a calculation drives a safety-critical joint, send us the flange schedule and service conditions and our team will review the bolting specification with you.
