General corrosive service where carbon steel bolting would corrode.

Strain-hardened 304 stainless B8 Class 2 stud bolts for corrosive flanges that need more strength than Class 1, quoted buy-to-order with 3.1 certificates.
Class 2 studs are carbide-solution treated and then strain hardened, giving higher strength than Class 1 (solution treated) B8 while keeping 304 stainless corrosion resistance.
Strength in Class 2 varies by diameter, so larger sizes carry lower minimum properties. Confirm the size-specific requirement and whether the strain-hardened condition suits your service.

General corrosive service where carbon steel bolting would corrode.
Stainless flanges and equipment requiring 304 compatibility.
Process piping exposed to reagents and wash-down conditions.
Diameter from 1/4" to 6" or M5 to M150, thread form (UNC/8UN or metric), and length measured per ASME B16.5 / B16.47 or your drawing for B8 Class 2.
Specify matched heavy hex nuts, through-hardened washers and any coating, such as Xylan/PTFE, so the kit is quoted as one traceable package.
State EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, PMI, hardness or impact testing and any project ITP so certificates are confirmed before order.
Send sizes, quantities, nuts, coating, certificates and required date, or attach a line list or drawing. EMG confirms sourcing, records and lead time against your RFQ.
Diameter, thread, length and quantity per line.
ASTM A193 Grade B8 Class 2 with ASTM A194 Grade 8 / 8A.
EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2, PMI and testing as specified.
