GRADE OVERVIEW
Super Duplex 2507 stud bolts, specified correctly.
Super duplex grades such as S32750 and S32760 carry higher chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen than 2205, giving higher pitting resistance (PREN commonly 40 or more) and strength.
Projects often add ASTM G48 corrosion testing, ferrite count and NORSOK M-650 qualification. List these on the RFQ so testing is included in the quoted lead time.
