    FAQ

    Common questions

Do you supply subsea bolting to St. John's?

Yes — super duplex, Inconel 625 / 718 and other nickel alloy bolting, certified to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 and shipped to St. John's consignees.

Can you provide third-party witnessed certification?

Yes. EN 10204 3.2 certification with independent witness inspection can be arranged where the operator specification requires it.

Is your bolting supplied from outside the United States?

Yes. Canadian orders are dispatched from our Brisbane, Australia hub and shipped direct to your consignee or customs broker — they are not routed through the United States. Every quote states the declared country of origin and HS classification so your broker can confirm duty treatment before you commit. We do not provide customs or duty advice.
