Overview

EMG supplies high-quality Nickel Alloy and Stainless Steel plates with the flexibility and responsiveness required for complex, custom-built components. Whether for new fabrication, repair work or urgent replacement supply, our plate program enables short lead times without compromising on quality or specification. Nickel Alloy plates are supplied to ASTM B443 (Alloy 625), B424 (Alloy 825) and B409 (Alloy 800/800H/800HT). Duplex and Super Duplex plates are supplied to ASTM A240 in UNS S31803/S32205, S32750 and S32760 — fully traceable, with EN 10204 3.1 (3.2 on request) MTRs as standard.

Plate Forms We Supply

• Hot-rolled and cold-rolled plate
• Quarto plate (cut from heavy single plates)
• Sheet to plate gauge — typically 3 mm to 100 mm thick
• Cut-to-size plate blanks (laser, plasma or waterjet)
• Profile-cut and machined components on request
• Short-lead urgent supply for repair and shutdown work
